Imagination Factory is providing what is missing from the child welfare sector but necessary to contribute to a more just future for families. We are responding to people’s need for community, practical support, and a place where they can be transparent about feeling as though their values don’t always align with their work.

Our 5-month Accelerator Program is unlike any other experience in the sector. It is designed to help people clarify their vision for advancing justice for families, learn practice and principles for unlocking their creativity, develop an action plan to move their ideas into impact, and build a community that supports, celebrates, and holds them accountable.

45% of people who go through the Accelerator Program have been impacted by the child welfare system and receive a full scholarship to participate at no cost. They are starting new organizations, leading state level advocacy efforts, and solving problems like access to affordable housing and alternatives to mandated reporting.
